Meet the Longmont Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Longmont

We’re a local crew of four, and we’ve been fixing garage doors in Longmont long enough to know every spring cycle, every trolley quirk, and every neighborhood from Old Town to Prospect. What unites us isn’t a logo or a slogan. It’s the work itself: show up with the right parts, write the price before we touch anything, and leave with a photo record that shows exactly what we did. Since 2015, Marcus Deller has built the team around one rule: document everything, promise only what you can prove.

Our People

Marcus Deller – Owner

Marcus started Servo Garage Doors Longmont in 2015 after a decade in the garage door trade, most of it spent wondering why the industry treated written estimates like a favor instead of a requirement. He built the company around The Haven Standard, with Clause 1 requiring a flat, written price and written scope before any work begins. When he’s not inspecting a torsion spring break in a Meadowlark subdivision garage, he’s reviewing the photo records from every job that week. Marcus still takes service calls himself during peak season, and he’ll talk spring wire diameter with you until you’re genuinely interested in it.

Dana R. – Lead Technician

Dana has eleven years in the trade, the last six with Servo. She’s the one we send when a LiftMaster logic board is throwing error codes no one can trace, or when a Chamberlain opener’s limit switch needs adjustment three times in one season. Dana holds manufacturer certifications from LiftMaster and Genie, and she’s taken apart more Wayne Dalton torque tubes than anyone on the crew. She keeps a notebook in the truck with torque specs for uncommon hardware, and she’ll photograph the failed part before she quotes the replacement. Every time. Her words, not just ours.

Tommy K. – Senior Installer

Tommy handles full door installations and heavy replacement work: Clopay, Amarr, Raynor, and the occasional custom opening that makes the rest of us glad it’s his job. He’s been installing garage doors for nine years and can set a 16-foot door in a wind-exposed north Longmont cul-de-sac without needing to re-shim the track. Tommy is our go-to for anything involving low-headroom track or side-mount openers. He’s also the reason our trucks carry extra weatherstripping in winter: he refuses to leave a new door with a gap at the floor, because he’s seen what Colorado freeze-thaw does to a seal by February.

Elena S. – Service Coordinator

Elena is the voice on the phone when you call at 7 a.m. or 2 a.m. She’s been with Servo for four years and keeps the dispatch board, the parts inventory, and Marcus’s schedule from colliding. Elena knows the difference between a broken spring and a stripped gear from how a caller describes the noise, which means she can tell you who’s coming and when they’ll arrive. She’s the one who sends the on-the-way text with the technician’s name. Outside of work, Elena is training for the Bolder Boulder, which explains why she volunteers for the job sites with the longest driveways.

One Standard, Every Job

One Standard, Every Job

The four of us don’t always agree on lunch. We do agree on the work. Every job in Longmont starts with a written scope and a flat, written price, per Clause 1 of The Haven Standard. Every job ends with a documented photo record of what we found and what we did. No one on this crew gets paid by commission on parts, so no one has a reason to sell a spring you don’t need. The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies whether Dana diagnosed the issue, Tommy installed the door, or Marcus took the call himself. Same standard, every single visit. It’s not a motto on a truck wrap. It’s how we’ve operated since 2015, and it’s the only way the four of us want to work.
